Hi, my name is Caitlin and I am the proud founder of KellyFit!
I am a big believer in the notion of progress over perfection, and is someone who genuinely enjoys seeing and helping others become the best possible version of themselves.
I haven’t always been someone that has been into wellness. Throughout my young adulthood, I went through various period of feeling very burnout, low energy, and having the feeling like I was falling short of all my wellness goals. Due to social media, I used to think being healthy meant having to workout every day, eating clean for all three meals, and always maintaining a regimented schedule. Later, I came to realize that this toxic fitness culture lead me to creating unhealthy habits and wasn't sustainable long-term. I ended up hitting an unhealthy ultimate low and realized I needed to seek a different approach to my health and wellness journey.
I learned that there is no such thing as a "perfect", one sized fits all way approach to living my life. Once I shifted my mindset I found that everything else followed; my confidence increased, my energy became so much higher and my overall trust in myself changed tremendously. I sat down for many hours researching and was able to formulate a wellness program that was optimal for my personal needs. Now 3 years later, this wellness journey has lead me to create a space to share the tips and tricks that helped me and continues to help me to feel like the best version of myself.
