Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients you will need to make turkey stuffed peppers:
  • 3 bell peppers, seeded
  • 1 pound of ground turkey
  • 2 1/2 cups of cooked brown rice
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 can of black beans

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.

Slice all 3 peppers in half, clean out and remove all the seeds.

Place the halved peppers in an oven safe baking dish.

Now, cook the ground turkey in a skillet until brown then, add in the minced garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the meat, rice, corn and beans.

Distribute the mixture peppers with mixture.

Cover the dish with tin foil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Chicken Teriyaki Bowl

Ingredients to make a flavourful chicken teriyaki bowl :
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1/2 cups of teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

 

Instructions:

Cut chicken into chunks.

Place chicken in a pan to sauté until fully cooked.

Cook your rice in a rice cooker and steam broccoli in the top compartment until soft.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, add 1/2 cups of teriyaki sauce, then let simmer for 3 mins.

Once everything is fully cooked, plate with a cup of rice, top with chicken and broccoli and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Turkey Bolognese with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients you will need to make ground turkey bolognese with zucchini noodles:

  • 1 pound of  ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of minced  garlic cloves
  • 1 can of tomatoes; crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of italian seasoning
  • 4 cups of zucchini noodles (more if you desire)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil

 

Instructions:

In a skillet, cook ground turkey and garlic until browned.

Add the canned tomatoes, seasoning to the skillet and let it come to a simmer.

In a separate pan, drizzle olive oil and zucchini noodles and let sauté for 5 minutes.

Once zucchini noodles are fully cooked, serve by adding the noodles into a bowl and adding the sauce ontop.
