Greek Chicken Bowl

Ingredients you will need to make this greek chicken bowl:

-3 grilled chicken breast

-2 cup of rice; white or brown

-1/4 red onion

-1 whole cucumber

-1 handful of cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

Cook chicken on the BBQ; add any seasonings you desire

.Place your cup of rice in a rice maker until ready.

Once your chicken and rice are finished cooking, start assembling your bowl by putting a cup of rice the base.

Top with the red onion, cucumber, tomatoes and sliced chicken.

Ground Beef Bowl

Ingredients you will need to make these delicious ground beef bowls:

- 1 pound of ground beef

- 1 pack of taco seasoning

- 2 cups of rice; white or brown

- 1 can of black beans

- 1 can of corn

- 1 handful of chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions:

In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, once the beef is almost fully cooked add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water to the skillet.

Let the beef simmer until completely cooked.

Take skillet off the stove and now assemble your bowl by adding a cup of rice, beans, ground beef, corn and lettuce.

Shrimp and Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients you need to make this shrimp and veggie stir-fry:
- 1 pound of shrimp
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
-  olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 cups of rice; white or brown
Instructions:
Drizzle olive oil in a skillet, add the minced garlic, soy sauce and shrimp.
Continue to flip the shrimp in the pan until fully cooked.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
In a flat baking sheet, place the broccoli and chopped red pepper with a drizzle of olive oil, place in the oven for 30 minutes or until broccoli is a slightly browned.
Once your shrimp and veggies are  cooked, you can start to assemble your bowl.
Add a cup of rice as the base, place your shrimp and veggies on top.
