Ingredients you will need to make these no bake chocolate chip peanut butter protein balls:
-1 1/2 cups of oats
-1 1/2 scoops of protein powder- any flavour of your choice
-1/2 cups of any nut butter of your choice
-1 handful of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
-1/3 cups of honey
-1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Once mixture is completely combined, roll into golf ball size balls and then place on a parchment paper.
Once all balls are formed, place into the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.

Ingredients you will need to make protein packed egg bites:
- 1 Muffin tin
- 12 eggs or substitute for the equivalent of egg whites
- 1 red pepper
-1 orange pepper
- 2 handfuls of spinach
-1/3 cup of milk; oat, soy, almond or dairy
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit.
Dice both orange and red peppers and chop the spinach into small pieces.
Crack the 12 eggs into a large bowl and pour the milk, whisk together until combined.
Add the peppers and spinach, salt and pepper into the milk and egg mixture.
Evenly distribute egg mixture into the muffin tin, let cook for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Once finished, set muffin tin of surface to cool for 15 minutes.
